Rick MacLean Named as New CFO

Radiation Business Solutions - Monday, August 10, 2015
Radiation Business Solutions and its subsidiary, RBS Evolution (RBSE), announced that Rick MacLean has been named as the new Chief Financial Officer of both companies.

“We are very pleased and fortunate to add a professional of Rick’s caliber to our team,” said Dan Moore, Chief Executive Officer and founding partner. “In light of the tremendous growth we are experiencing in our companies as well as our cancer centers, Rick’s breadth of knowledge and experience are great assets for us. We look forward to working alongside Rick as we enter the next stage in our company’s history.”

Greg Merrill, President of Radiation Business Solutions and RBSE, added, “Rick is a natural fit for our company. His broad experience in healthcare as well as other industries gives him a wide-ranging perspective. As we strive to bring creative and comprehensive solutions to our clients and partners, we value Rick’s expansive knowledge and skills.”

“I am grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside Dan, Greg, and the rest of this team,” said MacLean. “This group has a long-standing reputation for providing excellence in radiation oncology billing, a mission to build cancer centers in rural, underserved areas, and a commitment to ethics and integrity in every aspect of business. Becoming a part of a company with that kind of legacy is truly an honor.”

MacLean has more than 12 years of healthcare executive experience, including eight years in the oncology pharmaceutical development and distribution space with Adria Labs (Pfizer Pharma), Oncology Therapeutics Network (McKesson Specialty), and with Anaquest in acute care pharmaceuticals and pediatric/adult rehabilitation. He most recently served as CFO/COO of Jamison Incorporated.

Former CFO Marsha Priester will continue to serve in an advisory capacity as MacLean transitions into his new role, and will remain active with the Boards of Directors for both companies. “We are very grateful to Marsha for her guidance, expertise, and friendship as she helped us to grow into the company we are today. She has a passion for helping to build small businesses, and we are proof that she has an exceptional talent for it. We wish her all the best in her new endeavors,” said Moore.

Welcome to the team, Rick!   We are glad to have you on board!
